PhytoBits is a low-cost gas-exchange sensing system for educational and exploratory plant science. It detects distinct photosynthetic pathways (C3 and CAM variants) using an enclosed leaf chamber, commercial CO₂ sensor, and budget-friendly microcontroller — validated against professional-grade equipment.
